Delete your Purana Samhitha account
Google Play requires that you can delete an account created in the App.
In the App (preferred)
- Sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The App deletes your Firebase sign-in (when enabled), then asks our servers to remove your email, display name, and authentication identifiers and to drop content entitlements stored for your user. Birth profile and session data on the device are cleared.
If you cannot open the App
Email support@rrch-labs.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request using that address as proof of control.
What we keep
Payment transaction rows (amount, store transaction id, epic purchased) may remain attached to an internal identifier without your name or email, for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention. Store refunds remain subject to Google Play or the App Store.
Free reading of bundled content continues after deletion if the App is still installed; paid packs will no longer unlock on other devices until you purchase again.
