This policy covers the company website and RRCH Labs as a legal entity. It does not cover RxFolio accounts, health-related personal data, documents, clinician sharing, or other product processing. What this site collects
rrch-labs.com is a static site. We do not run analytics, advertising, or account systems on it. We do not set marketing cookies.
- Our hosting provider (currently GoDaddy) may log standard technical data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and operations.
- If you email us, we process the content of that message and your email address in order to respond.
What we do not collect here
This site does not collect health information, payment details, or product-account credentials. Do not send health records or RxFolio account data to the company mailboxes on this site; use the product’s own privacy and support channels instead.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Hosting and email providers process technical or correspondence data as needed to run this website and receive mail. We may disclose information if required by applicable Indian law.
Retention
Hosting logs follow the provider’s retention practices. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any related legal or accounting duty.
